Bouquet provenance, appearance and care
WLFC works predominantly with flowers grown in our cutting garden - any substitutions or additions will always be sourced from other British growers.
Each bouquet, arrangement or installation will be unique. We cannot guarantee exact size, colour, style or specific ingredients as these may vary dependent on the season and weather conditions of that particular time.
Our flowers are grown without chemicals and are a natural product. We pick the freshest ingredients for our bouquets but they are not treated with preservatives. We expect the vase-life of our work to be between three to five days. To prolong the life of your flowers, re-cut the stems at an angle when you first receive them and place them in a clean vase of water, ensuring no foliage is sitting in the water. Change this water on a daily basis to prevent the build up of bacteria which develops naturally with an organic product.
Deliveries & liability
Delivery charges for our local area are specified at the point of sale. For deliveries outside of postcodes N22, N11, N8, N10, N4, N19, N7, N4 and N5 orders should be placed by phone or email so we can advise on courier cost for delivery.
Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday between 9am-7pm. For next day deliveries orders must be placed by midday the day before and paid for in full at that time.
If you would like an arrangement to be delivered urgently please call us with your address and requirements and we will help if we are able.
Name, address, and contact details for the recipient and sender are required in full. We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details leading to incorrect deliveries.
If the recipient is not home, the order can be left in a safe place such as a porch, garden shed out of direct sunlight or rain if this has been authorised in the Delivery Instructions. All orders are left at your own risk and WLFC accepts no responsibility for for theft or damage after delivery. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, the flowers will be returned to our site and re-delivery attempted within 24 hours at an additional cost.
We do not accept responsibility for any deliveries once they have been accepted at a commercial address.
We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by a third party, force majeure or mechanical breakdown.
Any feedback concerning your order must be received within 24 hours of delivery. If for any reason your flowers have been damaged in transit or you are unhappy with the condition of the flowers on arrival please notify us and include photos of the flowers so we can discuss a replacement or refund.
